About the Role:

Wipro Limited is seeking a Developer – L3 to design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client sites. You will play a crucial role in ensuring all solutions meet 100% quality assurance standards while contributing to Wipro’s vision of being a modern digital transformation partner.

Responsibilities:

• Understand requirements and product/software design.
• Develop software solutions by analyzing information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
• Investigate problem areas and follow the software development life cycle.
• Perform root cause analysis of system issues and suggest improvements.
• Translate client requirements into feasible design and collaborate with functional teams or system analysts.
• Discuss software capabilities with project managers.
• Perform coding and ensure optimal software/module development.
• Develop and automate testing processes, create test cases, and execute them.
• Modify software to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, enhance performance, or upgrade interfaces.
• Recommend and plan the installation of new systems or modifications to existing systems.
• Prepare reports and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate with the team on daily project status and progress.
• Provide usability and serviceability feedback, trace quality risks, and report them to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong client communication to ensure clarity and quality of deliverables.
• Participate in ongoing learning and skill upgrades to remain current with best practices and new programming languages.
• Evaluate software-hardware interfaces and define performance requirements.
• Create clear technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, and code comments.

Performance Deliverables:

• 100% error-free onboarding, implementation, and adherence to schedules.
• High-quality delivery and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
• Timely completion of assigned certifications for skill upgrades.
• 100% on-time Management Information System (MIS) and reporting.

Key Technical Skills:

Fullstack MERN

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in software development.
• Expertise in Fullstack MERN development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to produce clean, error-free code.
